    Complaint regarding non delivering of food in running train by Chandan:

    I have order food on travel khana around 4 pm on 11.7.2017 and they confirmed the booking by sending sms that your food will be delivered at TATANAGAR STATION. I called that person again after reaching station and again he assured the same but didn't deliver any food.

    I was hungry throught then i purchsed some snacks and had something.

    Please make a strong complaint against this frauds so that another passenger never suffer in future.
