    Dear Sir/Madam,
    on 25 july 2017 i ordered a packet of MMF WHEY PROTIEN 80 , 1kg, rich chocolate delight for 1699 rupees. however when the item was received on date 29 july 2017 , i discovered that it was damaged . there were two holes in the packet and protien powder was leaking from it.
    the condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point i received it and accordingly i am entitled for a refund or replacement. i would request you to confirm in the next three days that you would provide remedy for my inconvenience.
