    it is absolutely careless behaviour to a customer like us after purchasing INR 150,000/- product which was ordered on 9th September 2016. Today 5th Oct, 16 was the delivery date. we received all the product except the AMBRA KING BED WITH HYDRAULIC STORAGE (6000014614001) which we today came to know by the delivery guys that the Bed is not in stock. How surprising the delivery guys inform us about this. We tried to call up your customer care number 9223355999 but they are not aware of anything. Everything was new to them. Even they dont know if the delivery is done or on hold. further I called up your supposedly store number 022661775235 the lady was least bothered of my request. As if she was awaked from her sleep. She only said i will call back. Which she never did. This is absoultuely careless and not expectable from such a big group, wherein customer with all faith invest on your product and in return get no response. Very poor performance and false committment we feel like cheated. we got 100 calls for delivery but noone bothered to even update us saying that the product is not in stock. Please try t get the product and get it delivery today itself. Expect your call in half n hours time. Call me on 9320050011
