    Hello,

    Since last 3-4 months I have been trying to purchase 2 wheeler from droom, however vehicles are not available at the dealer even though it’s reflecting in the app or website.

    I have been assisted by one of the Droom Executive ‘Prince’ where I had checked multiple vehicles however it was not available with the dealers. Vehicle was in the display even though it was sold 2 months ago, I had made a request you to modify it but still it was reflecting.

    Yesterday night I had done the transaction for one of the vehicle with the order id: 1048315, however vehicle is not available with the dealer, as checked it’s already sold out 10 days ago.

    I have a big question. Why vehicle is in display if it is already sold out. This kind of things is happening because lack of co-ordination with the Droom or Droom has not educated their partners about the correct process.

    Please be advised that Droom is still growing in the India Market, if this kind of things will happen then it will be tough for Droom to grow. People will lose their confidence before making it and no one is going to suggest droom to their friends or colleague.

    Hello,

    Since last 1-2 months I have been trying to purchase 2 wheeler from Droom. And finally I found Yamaha FZ-S V1.0 and I liked it. So I paid Rs. 1625 as token amount to see the vehicle. Then I called the seller but he told me that he was out of station and will be back after 10 days. So I requested for Dispute. Then I got a call from Droom executive to ask the reason for dispute and I told him my concern. So he told me that I will get my money back in 10 days.
    After 10 days also I didn't get the refund. So I called droom customer care to ask the status. They told me that they are facing some technical issue and will refund my money once the issue gets resolved. I waited for 1 week. After that I tried calling repeatedly but the same answer I was getting.
    I have an email proof from droom regarding the refund status. I had very bad experience with droom. So I am suggesting not to make any transaction with Droom. And please suggest me what can I do for this as I have email proof from those people regarding refund process.
