    I have ordered for a shank in this Abelestore shopping website. First time my payment got failed and I made the payment for the second time and as per the order the product was dispatched. But dispatched product was broken and when I have sent the pics to them, they denied and said that the product itself will be like that. Then I called the Abelestore team and asked to refund my money for the first time failed transaction as it got debited from my account. Then they have said to check in PayUMoney and when I checked in it the records have shown that the payment was successful and settled to Merchant Mamta Babel. I have sent the snapshot to them and they have said that they have sent the details to the finance team and then without my confirmation they have again shipped another same product shank and dispatched to me.
    I want to return the product back and want my money back.
