Refund issues AC which did not work and after complaints company

There has been over 22 days and i have not received the refund even after commitment by company.

i purchased the AC which did not work and after complaints company agreed to refund the amount but there is no positive response for last 22 days.

i have got another AC for which i require the money.
also after many calls and emails company also did not bothered to uninstall the AC for which i had to pay Rs 1000 extra which also needs to be recovered.
