Hello, i used GTPL broadband in surat, gujarat.. i have lost connection from 5 days and i complained in GTPL customer care but they do not take any good action or solve it. my connection lost on 25th march on morning.. i complained and they told me they solve it within 24 hrs... but solution happening on 28th march @ 6pm.. but again it lost on 8pm.. and i agin complain and they solve it on 29th march @ 8pm... and again today, 30th march the connection lost on 8am and solve @4pm.. and again connection lost @ 7:30pm... now i tried to complain it, but they do not online to talk with costomer care person, their customer care no is +919727633633... they are bad service providing us... i also mailed them but they do not responding...
