didnt refund my money back

On 6th of march,i.booked 4 tickets for the upcoming show on 7th march, 4tickets for 640 rs via telebooking. Inox provided a payment link to avoid cancellation of tickets , i paid 640 rs via that link. On the next day when i reached Inox for viewing the premiere, the attendants told that my tickets werent confirmed as the payments havent been made. I showed them the payment details to which they claimed that they didnt received the money and that any Money debited would be credited back in 48hours. Today, after a full week i havent received my Refund. I am a student and i cant afford to through that amount of money in vain.Please help me through getting my refund back
