Complaint for Mobile replacement micromax service center for servicing

I purchase new mobile on 17/02/16 but after 20 days use I get charging problem so I give mobile to micromax service center for servicing through jobsheet no.- E020311-0416-22970500 but till date I have not received mobile and customer care executive are giving only one reply handset delivered in next 21 days. So Please give me suggestion for getting mobile from micromax.
