Provide wrong service lead to Television demage

I am Diksha Jaroliya .I have a Sony LED Tv in which we were facing some problem so i decided to call customer care of sony tv I find number online and they transfer call to pune centre and give some number and send some person. He took TV with him and kept for 2 months and returns us after threating him which was not repair and again I called sony centre they said previous one was not authorised.After so many test done is not repair and I decided to take legal action against them becuase it was 44000 worth TV.I took help of Consumer sathi to send legal notice but no reply from there side. Now i want to file case in Consumer court . I have all receipts image and call details as well as per it was shown on their website now they are denying that centre is not authorised.Please help me regarding my issue.
