Poor service from tcl installation team

have been following up with helpdesk for installation but they are not giving me any answer and it's been 48 hours already. Rather every-time when i call for an update, they gave me following number to contact :

The call centre executive behavior to approach coustmor is not satisfied

I would need an action on this. if your customer service is such, we can not trust you for after sales service.
