Not repair LG tv in warranty ...

Invoice no SLA010080008604.Bought LG TV during diwali '19. Not working since 1 month. Technician says internal damage & cost of repair 16k! I was told full damage covered in warranty & now denying. Complained 4 times but no resolution....
