Regarding erroneous bill generation of connection 9742231300

Dear Sir/Madam,

Here with i would like bring in to you kind notice that.Bearing my vodafone connection 9742231300 is generated erroneous bill .I have opted 450 Rs 1 GB+unlimited plan of 4G internet 5 months back and all of sudden my bill plan got changed to 450+1050 and the total amount i have received is Rs 1726.00 . So i have contacted to vodafone customer care and raised a complaint regarding this (interaction id is 161215878 and complaint no is 208673134) on 28.11.2016 some around 11 AM IST,yesterday again i have called vodafone customer care and asked the status of the complaint and he said this will be resolved within 48 hrs .So today (i.e 30.11.2016) again i have called vodafone customer care department and asked customer care executive about status of my complaint number she said complaint is not yet resolved .So i have requested her to transfer call to her floor supervisor she could't transfer the call because of the floor supervisor is not in the floor since 30 minutes.
