HELLO,
Once i receive a call ON my landline phone, said BSNL HUNGAMA.COM, rapidly said that bsnl will activate some services on your landline plan, please press 1, when i press 1, phone disconnected.
After one month bsnl send me 370 rupees extra on my bill.
It is totally fraud that without full service information and payment, they send me a bill. Even i dont know what is the service and how it use.
please help me. I do not want this service.
