Complaint against Airtel misguided for recharge

I recharged my number 9818764642 on 21 september 2016 worth of Rs 299 at 11.50PM around by seeing their promotional offer that I will get 3gb, 3G/4G data for 28 days.
I go for recharge through PAYTM, at that time I received only 1.25gb data only, I thought remaining data will be updated later but till morning 22 sep 2016, it had not.
Then I call Airtel customer care they told me there is no such offer like this on your number, after sometime they accepted their mistake. Then they told me the recharge should be done through Airtel retailer(I ask the executive Paytm is not a retailer,he told me no) while Paytm deals like a retailer, but why it was not mentioned not for online recharge.
Please solve the issue and make the compensation as soon as possible.
