dear sir . Mera name yogesh Kumar h aur mai hardoi ,utter pradesh my rahta hu, Mera airtel ka sim (9935655486) kharab ho gaya tha use airtel office hardoi me change kiya tha jiska 200 Rs. (October 2016 me) diya tha jiske abhi tak outgoing chalu nahi Hui haI . office me kai bar chakear laga chukka hu officers har bar kuch na kuch bata kar phir aana kah deta h abhi tak sim chalu nahi hua h.
