Uber is one of the pathetic service provider in India

Hi,
My self Nishant , I here to inform you people never use Uber cabs, you want to know why ?please see below ,

I am user of Uber my registered email id is nishiwishi00@gmail.com, I logged in with my account & refer on of my friend , Uber have a campaign , that is if you refer someone you & the person get 150Rs ride free , my friend sign up with the referral code and uber sent me a email which stating that I got a 150Rs ride free as referral bonus, Then my father also have an account with uber but due to some problem in his phone I logged in my phone his account for book a cab , Uber is saying that I am violating their policies by doing this , I don't know why they guys allow me to login multiple account in same device if its violating the policies , I contacted many time them through e mail but they are no explanation for the same finally an executive send me a reply about the same that I am violating their policies , I don't want any kind of claim but I want that if they clean my record and give me referrals amounts for future trips

    Hi, I am also having the same issue. I am user of Uber my registered email id is nnara530@gmail.com, I logged in with my account but it was not allowing me to login. When i contacted them they are saying I have violated their policy. I dont know what is the issue :(
    Irresponsible support team. There is no escalation and they are also not informing what violation we have done.
