I am ABHAY KUMAR, This Complaint is about TAXI FOR SURE, with registerd mobile no- 8827777277. i have 9.6k TFS credits. i was using tfs services since last years.
Company never update about expire date of TFS credit,where it shown in application. Before 10 days, i need a ride of TFS, I SURPRISED, when i shown that, my tfs credit is zero.
I talked with its customer care, He said that, "we send email and message to every customer", I replied, may be u send it, But Now a days, many company's spam emails n message are coming, as well as taxi for sure. How its possible, every customer read all these company's emails n message.
YOU MUST BE UPDATE THE TFS CREDIT EXPIRE DATE IN TFS APPLICATION , WHERE ITS SHOWN, Customer get this information automatically. "
Please Sir help me, its a FRAUD ACTIVITY with customers.
They deducted my all credit. The way of Transmitting expire date of tfs wallet is wrong.
I used many types of wallet, they all have cleared policy of expire date of his credits.
I want my tfs credit back. i called many times to its customer care, they never listened my complaint.
