had booked a mini cab from DLF Centre Court to Cyber city (about 7-8 Kms) at around 09:20 am on 18 July 2016 and while booking app prompted that peak charges will be added without mentioning how much it will be added.

I thought it could be double but on reaching my destination the bill came to 516.00 and peak hour charges of 320 was added to my bill. For a journey of about 30 minutes and 8 kms I was made to pay INR 516.00 (invoice no. CRN309185419).

On raising the complain both on phone and email no satisfactory response has been provided. How can they charge my more than INR 60.00 per km.

    Today morning I really felt cheating by Ola Cab service!!! The smart way the Ola service is doing with customers is they don't calculate and tell you the estimate like Under cab service does. It's really good way how Ever operates, it's clear before I book the cab how much I have to pay. Over here it's fishy and good way to Rob the customers. Please see the exact details given below and let me lodge this complaint with consumer forum.
