Regarding charging double amount

I had booked an outstation ride on Jan 11, 2020. The moment the ride started, I found that the concerned driver is quite impolite as he had started the argument over some seat adjustment matter. I did not feel safe to continue the ride with him and requested him to end up the ride and so he stopped the ride after traveling of a distance about 500 meters. I immediately brought the entire incident to the notice of the Ola representative over a phone call and he assured me every possible help but I was forced to pay an amount of Rs 445 to the concerned cab driver as penalty of the cancellation of the ride even after that OLA has put Rupees 445 outstanding amount in my app.
Kindly arrange to refund my entire amount as well as remove the outstanding amount from the app. Ola has not given a suitable resolution till date even after many repeated emails.

    I think online means Ola -Uber
    But when he drop in Howrah asking from me 950/-
    Uber-Ola show fare 381/- to 450/-
