My ride started at 08:05 but I was charged from 07:48. I even have the call logs which say my cab didn't reach me by 08:05. I tried mailing them and even posting comments on the social networks but they don't even talk. Please find attached the logs in support of my complaint. I called the driver at 08:05 for confirmation of where he is, so if I was on the ride at that time, why would have I called him that too for 1 min long call.
