Charged without providing Service with huge amount - Rapido Bike Service

On 11/6/2019, i booked ride via Rapido Bike app from ASF tower,plot-249,sector-18,Gurugram to Gurudronacharya Metro station. Amount was showing for my ride was Rs-18 only.Suddenly App was showing that my ride/Caption arrived and within second he completed the side. I was charged without taking ride with huge amount of Rs-143.This is 2nd time in last 2 month that I was charged without taking any ride.I logged the complaint (ticket-752272) but they never respond unless we send multiple reminders. If they refund our money than they use their wallet to refund the money and we are bound to use that money.

They even don't have option to contact their Captain or help desk. They are disturbing us mentally and wasting our time and money. Please support to control such entity which offers the service but never fulfill their services.
