Charged levied for Ola outstation services

I had booked Ola outstation round trip from chennai to pondicherry for 2days, but my booking exceeded by 3hrs and Ola had charged me for entire 1extra day because my booked got extended by 3hours. This is totally unfair to anyone. Also no where in the Ola app details are mentioned about such charges neither details are shared at the time of booking nor Ola driver was aware about such charges. I feel really cheated, I had paid those extra charges of Rs.2500/- as we were concerned about the poor driver. The Ola support team is also concerned about Ola they don't care about their riders nor Ola cab drivers.
