Charged extra for a trip, I have taken a trip in Rapido Bike taxi in Guwahati

I have taken a trip in Rapido Bike taxi in Guwahati on 14/02/19 bearing order no RD1550116672676. The charge of the trip was 160 byt when i completed the trip the rider couldn't tell me the exact amount because in his mobile it was not showing due to some technical problems. He told me to pay ₹350 which i paid but later on when i received the trip receipt it was only ₹160. I have contacted rapido customer support several times but they are not giving any reply to this. I want my money back. Please refund my money and stop making people fool.

    I booked a auto and fare was ₹80 when captain came to puck me up he suggested we take different route which will take us faster to drop location and while we reached total fare increased to ₹119 from ₹80 why we customers have to bear this???
