Booked a taxi from Galaxy tours & travels, shop no. 3, Saraswati nagar, terminal 2, Jaipur, on 28th June 2019. From Jaipur to Noida. Contact person Mr. Dinesh asked for advance of 1000/-, I paid & told him to send a taxi with music system & A.C. He agreed & time 9 am on 29th june 2019. Next day taxi came at 10 am & without music system. We started to Noida from Pratap nagar, Jaipur , driver was on phone & continuously talking & driving. I with 2 kids felt insecure as talking & driving can lead to accident. No music system. I just asked driver that plz don’t use mobile while driving,he stopped the car , near Sanganer flyover & got out speaking on phone with someone, then came back & told me I can’t continue the trip, turned back towards pratap nagar to drop me from where we started . I called Mr Dinesh for help that see ur driving is cancelling ride & he was on mobile continuously. He didn’t listened & shouted on me . When the driver dropped me to pratap nagar, the owner just returned 500/- & said another 500/- is deducted as cancellation charges. They wasted my 2 hrs, didn’t fulfill commitments & deducted money. Abused & shouted on my parents as well .
