Additional charging ola customer and no one to hear

I have been ola customer from long and also join ola select. But now experience is they cheat in Garg of policy . It's sad and disappointing. They charge sure price inspite of select member and not body even cares to respond in ola support team.

We should discard ola since no response and proper support. If they can't revert on normal surge issue, I am not not sure how will they support on real issues of families/ ladies and all other things.

Sad.
