Sir/madam i ordered a smartphone named as yuphoria at a price of 7000 in net banking at the date of 2-feb -2016. my order no. is 100054942. the company did not dispatch my order until april of this year. i requested them many times to cancel my product and return money but they did not respond and finally they sent me cheque on april last which was bounced in june 15. the cheque was kotak mahindra bank cheque. till i am complained their site but they are not responsible yet. so i request you to solve my problem. i am very poor family so please help me.
