Myself Gautam sadhukhan like to inform you that I purchased online the following product online from www.ctaftsvilla.com

KP Punjabi Patiyala Suit In Yellow Colour With Multi Coloure

Qty : 1 from www.craftsvilla.com dated 8th Aug 2016 vide our Craftsvilla Order # 102933754 delivered by ECom experess. Rs. 665/- was paid online immediately after confirming my order. We found that Dupatta was missing and logged a complaint immediately. It was agreed by the seller and item was picked up and Craftsvilla confimred that the product has successfully been returned on 16th August 2016 and emailed that they will initiate refund within next 2-3 business days. After repeated request, They replied that Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Ref to

Please check with us after 2 days for the refund status. We will provide you the refund proof. But till date refund amount of Rs. 665/- is not been refunded the Craftsvilla. Every time I emailed about the refund and seller says that within 2-3 days it will be done. But sorry to say that that 2-3 days of refund has not been come yet.
