Refund money not returned with fraud company inkgrid

I had booked king size bed (order no. 277544) with fraud company inkgrid on 7th sep.2016 paying full amount online 43000/-. after lot of follow up and call 200times, item was delivered on last week of oct. 2016. the item was not as per description and specification as agreed while placing the order. after repeated call and insult nearly 500 times calling, item was collected for return on 19 dec.2016. Till now we are waiting for money to return to account. They are cheat sitting in delhi. When you call they are not picking call.
