Refund complain booked 2 movie tickets on 25 december 2016 on bookmyshow via freecharge

I booked 2 movie tickets on 25 december 2016 on bookmyshow via freecharge. During transaction it showed time out but the amount was deducted from my amount. As a result I didn't got any tickets and I applied for a refund. for first they replied and said refund will be credited to my account but didn't even after 20 days. After my last contact to freecharge they had blocked my available freecharge balance and not even replying to my mails. I filed a complaint against bookmyshow not so long ago, because I thought they were the real culprit and in response to that called me and said that my refund has been given to freecharge and they will Email me order id for that in 30 mins but that didn't happened even after 2 days. Now Book my show and Freecharge both are not answering to my questions and they both are conspiring in this matter. I request you to help me get back my money... pls
