Dear Sir,

Please refer to my complaint dt. 18.05.2016 regarding receiving damaged ONIDA LIVE GENIUS LEO40FAIN 101.60cms Full HD (40 inches) LED TV by shopclues.

Mr. Jeewan from Shopclues customer support has called me on 19.05.2016 and said he will arrange for return pick up of the same with Fed Ex courier in a couple of days.

In the mean time, I have been contacting Fed Ex courier too and was told that they require a return air way bill from shopclues to pick the TV from me.

In spite of repeated reminders, shopclues have not responded since.

Kindly help me to solve the problem so as to obtain the refund at the earliest.

    Not able to provide after sale service by onida by Sairam:

    Dear sir,
    I have raised for service requests with your customer care center several time since last week. It is very unfortunate that the response I have received from them is very pathetic. They are unable to communicate why they are not able to send service person to my place. The service center number is not receiving calls, I tried calling at least 50 times. I repeatedly asking with customer care people, if they have any issue please let me know so that I can help from my side like taking my TV to the service center myself.
    But they always say I will get call in 1hour, that 1hour has not come at least till now.
    They have frustrated me to core with there giggles during conversation is a bonus for me.
    Frankly, the only reason I have chosen onida is because it's a Indian company, the torture I received from you people is really bad. Every day from past week I am wasting 3 to 4 hours of time.
    Please let me know if you can not provide after sale service, so that I can look for alternatives.
