I bought a jio sim 15 days ago by ekyc, and it was working normally. But before two days ago it showing no service. So i tried jio customer service center but they didi not provide any details. So todya at morning i reached agartala jio office which is located aitorma but they did not provide any support, just tell me complaint after 4 pm. I Request to provide details what to do but they refuse. After that again i reached the office at 5:30pm than they told me you need to replace the sim with new one. For this i have to submit Voter ID, along with 1 passport photo. Again i back to my home and take all the necessary documents and reached office at 5:55pm, then they told me that photo is not correct because the signature which i write on my pboto. I request them that this photo is perfect why you harassed people like this. So they told me to go out otjerwise they will push me outside.
