Sir, I have purchased online Avsar Gold & Diamond Necklace against order No- 987774994 placed on 21/3/2016 at 8.40 pm for an amount of Rs.18150/- from HOMESHOP18 but after receipt of the product, i felt that the same was altogether different from the product that was displayed in the promo and was not worth the amount I have paid. I had booked the item trusting that the item will be strictly as per the displayed item on official website of homeshop18.
Sir I rang Homeshop18 so many times to address my complaint and mailed them for the purpose, the glimpse of the mails is given as under;
On March 18 2016, I wrote to them'

Sir Till date nothing has been heard from Homeshop18, I feel that they are breaching the trust of the people and are deceiving the common public of the country.
It is requested that stern action may be taken against such mischievous companies in the interests of the public of India and should be warned to desist from such practice of cheating the public.
Hope that action shall be taken and justice will prevail.
