grievience for my car insurance claim

Sir,


Since 6 months my car is trapped in between conflict of iffco tokio insurance company and toyata car company.I bought my car on 5th dec 2014 then I bought insurance from iffco tokio and renewed it next year . Unfortunately my car suffered damage due to an accident which happened on 28th june 2016 near kota and from that moment i havent been able to sleep peacefully. i belong to Bilaspur chattisgarh. All Toyota service centres nearby my area shutdown after opening within 3 months so I was forced to tough my car at my own expense to nearest service centre Nagpur. Then my car was claimed to be repaired and handed over to me on 15th sep 2016 and again after hardly 100 km drive she got struck with a stone and again my cars engine failed so I called the service center. They said engine has a oil leak and is damaged .one after the other my problems are getting bigger . now my car is not being repaired with insurance company putting blame on service center and the service center blaming the insurance company for not approving the claim. i am a normal middle class man. i dont have power or patience to deal with all this now. i have lost all my patience in last 6 months.Due to this my car hasnt been repaired inspite of me being suffered so much financially and psychologically.

Then my 2nd claim no is CLM91423987216763 which is not cleared due to clash between iffco-tokio and toyota.


My sincere request to please solve my problem and give my car back as soon as possible.
