I used this wallet to pay my electricity bill but both the times transactions failed the amount they deducted from my account wasn't refunded.both transactions of rs 261.64 can be seen in the attachment
Its been a day they haven't responded me back i Lodged the complaint through mail n on Twitter also. Pls take strict action against these merchants who takes customers for granted.
