Sir, Meri Maa ne naaptol se order no.18222463 dt. 21.11.2015 se Product: Set of 2 Jaipuri Silk Razai with Gold Prints, Order Amount: 2398.00, Shipping Detail: LAXMI CHODHARY ke naam se order kiya tha. Razai delved hone ke baad kholkar dekhene ke baao wo tv me dikhaye gaye Razai jaisi nahi hai or use karne ke 10 dino ke baad ho uska rang utar gaya. Meri Maa ko ye samaj me nahi aaya ki wo kaya kare. Maine jab Naaptol par one month baad phone kiya to unka jabab aaya ki ab kuch nahi ho sakta. Wo apne ko Thaga sa Mahsus Kar rahi hai.

    New remote ordered for TATA SKY Setup box, which is note working within one and half month, Now Customer care refused to replace and insisting to buy new one, and saying that there is no guarantee for electronic item. kindly suggest and help in this regards what to do ?

    I have gone with my family to Rajasthan trip in December 2019.Like many tourists my family was fascinated of shopping in Rajasthan. Our tour starts with Jaipur so we purchased lot of things including Jaipuri rajai for which Jaipur is famous. So we purchased Rajai in Jaipur in Rajasthali near Amer fort (on the way of Amer fort road).They showed many variety of rajai of different animal wool. So we purchased rajai of different wool. We urged them that please unstitched some location of rajai show us wool but they said that this is govt authorised shop, we are govt employees & could never cheat you & we believe them. I searched on net there are many sites which sells Jaipuri quilts they told me that they sell only microfiber(synthetic cotton) rajai(quilt).No one manufacture paschmina or cotton rajai. Also if you purchase it from Jaipur then you have to carry it whole tour. So after using continuously 8 month our experience was that they cheated us. All rajai of only one type of wool (synthetic white cotton) & quality of rajai is very poor, white synthetic wool is starting to coming out, cotton cover of rajai also very poor which is started of torn. Now my opinion is that never purchase anything in Rajasthan. Tourist have to enjoys only forts, food (mirchi bada, ghevar with rabdi, pyaj ki kachori,dal bati with churma (one or two times in a trip).Rajai which we purchased(synthetic wool) is available on Amazon/Flipkart on 1/4th rate also we had to carried out it all the time. I urged to all tourists that rajai/handicrafts is fraud. Handicrafts also cost 5-10 times. Only one Rajasthali (near Ajmeri gate) is original (as I searched on net) out of many fake Rajasthali shops. In fake Rajsathali shop they never give to original bill (memo/estimate with fake 7 yrs warranty) with GST & always behave as original shop & said we are govt employee. They (fake rajasthali shop) sell scent sari(which scent gone in one wash), traditional rajasthani bandhani sari which cost is more than market(as they told it bandhej to price more). My tour was 15 days in whole Rajasthan. In Jaipur every rickshawala/vehiclewala was wanted to purchase anything as our tempo traveller could not go everywhere. They can drop you always at any type of handicraft/cloth shop. One of my experience was that we pick up 3 rickshaws at Hawamahal to jantar mantar but they drop us to one big shop from where jantar mantar 20 minute walking and take full fare per seat & wandering outside shop so that they can collect commission . So my urge to all tourists that only purchase unique thing which not available in our local market or net & don’t waste time in shopping. If you want purchase anything in Jaipur then go Bapu market/Johari bazaar where you can do good bargaining as they quote triple to multiple price quoting. As jaipur is costly you found food costly as compare to other cities in Rajasthan. In my tour we enjoyed bhojanalaya everywhere with hot roti/chapattis in range of Rs 60-120.In Jaisalmer if you want do camel safari then directly goes to came owner which cost less than half. If you do camel safari through tent owner then cost you twice. Also Tent with food and dance which show nearly Rs 8000 on net we got rs 2500 directly in peak season (25 dec to 31 dec) with bargaining. This review takes me my more time so read it & doesn’t be cheated as same story in every destination of tourist.
