Fake Order Delivered by company

I placed an order for samsung 32 gb evo+ memory card on hangamasales.com on 17-05-2016. On 24-05-2016 i received the memory card and paid rs. 350/-. After opening it i found that this not the actual model i placed order and received memory card is also not working. I tried to call on customer care no. 9643195239 but it was going unavailable whole day. Then i mailed on connect@hangamasales.com but no response received. I tried my best to contact the company. Please help to resolve this issue

    some days before i order combo of 5 premium cotton shirts from buffersales.com
    today i get delivery but the product is different so i want to return the product after that i see lots complaients about bufferseles.com
