Dear sir/madam, on 25-12-16 I failed to book my railway ticket online coz my bank decline my payment and same rs.765 had been deducted from my account when I saw my passbook statement it shows POS one 97 communication . My account no. Is 20325333318 and my contact no. Is 7998371536 . So plz. Try to refund my amount soon. Below is details of money deduction
