Compliant against Pizza Hut for not refunding

I have placed the Order on 16.04.2016 at 16:58:09 against order number 0365-5599327 on Pizza Hut website using my number 9654958593 and the order was sent to Sector 23A store of Pizza Hut. Online Amount was Rs. 1114.04. I got the mail stating the delivery time is 16/04/2016 17:29:00 but I got the call on same time that they can't deliver this in time as this will take time and will be able to deliver the same around 18:00 hrs. I asked them to cancel the order then and refund the amount. I was informed that this will be done and refund will be received in my account in 5-7 working days. Till day 18 passed, they have not refunded the amount, When called multiple times to their centralized number they are helpless and asking that i will get call back from store with 5 min, 2 hr, 2 min etc. But no call made to me. Even checked with them, there is no refund complaint raised by store till day and their store managers are not even professionals. They are treating me like anything. Mr Praveen Tiwari Assitant Store Manager informed me that as I have waited for 18 days, wait for another few days and if you cant wait, go and file the case in court or police station and they will come there to see me what I can do against them.
