Complaint regrading myantra.com for Vens Company Reject Returns

Hi Sir,

I bought vens shoes from myantra on July 27, 2016. I bought this shoes for Rs:2309.

After first wash its color was faded and I wrote email to myantra team about this, they asaked me send pics, I washed the shoes again and that shoes color was totally different now.

Its original color was light navy green and now shoes color is white gray. Even it have black spot in front.

I asked myantra for refund or give me other shoes. They email me that manufacturer company rejected my request.

Sir I have doubt if that shoes were original or not. Second those were vans shoes who can color fade this easily. I just wear this shoes 3 time.

Please look into this matter.
