Complaint Regarding Snapdeal Incorrect Product Replacement And Refund

I had placed order for Livon Hair Gain Tonic 150 ml Pack of 2 with White packaging.Just to let you know this product comes in three different packaging (i.e. White,Black and Pink).One week later order was cancelled by Snapdeal saying that product is out of stock with Seller and Snapdeal itself placed the new order with different seller.
I received the product but with black packaging whereas I had ordered white one.
Later on when I request them to take it back and deliver the correct item, they simply refused it.
Snapdeal is not ready to return/replace the product as per their return policy and they also don't want to return my money.
I had paid 896 rs for my order and in return snapdeal wants me to give 150 rs as compensation.
As a customer I want sanpdeal to return my full amount as they delivered wrong product and its useless for me.
but they want me to shut my mouth by paying 150 rs.I refused to accept the compensation and as expected they closed my complaint saying that whatever you want to do.

I want to know from Snapdeal that in their polciy where they have mentioned that they will deliver wrong item to customer and later
refused to return/replace the product?
I had have never requested for replacement if snapdeal would have delivered the item which I order. But snapdeal failed to do so.
