Complaint for delay in delivery against lpg cylinders

The gas agency fails to deliver lpg cylinders as and when required. The time span requested by the agency members is around 3-4 days but they fail to deliver till the 30th day from the day of booking. Also even after complaining several times there is no proper solution to my problem.
