Complaint against JK Shopping Hub Payment made but Order not Recd yet

There was Combo Offer Discount Call on me for i-Phone 6 & Dell Laptop for Rs. 35,000/- on 27th September 16. For That I have paid Rs. 10000/- on 29/09/16 by Bank. Executive named Lalit & Siddharth told me good will be Dispatched by 30/09/16 from Ahmedabad after Verification Call & Recd by 72 Hours. But yet there is No Call or Status of the order after 5 Days gone.
I Called Several Times to related Executives & Customer Care Number but There is No proper Reply yet. Every Time same Answers from their side that "I will manage it by Tomorrow'. Don't know when will be their Tomorrow comes...?
My Order Id is id_54JK5689JU89 at JK Shopping Hub...

    There was an Offer Discount Call on me for samsung on7 pro for Rs. 6600/- on 26th September 16. For That I have paid Rs. 6600/- on 28/09/16 by Bank. Executive named Rasi, Lalit & Siddharth told me good will be Dispatched by 30/09/16 from Ahmedabad after Verification Call & Recd by 72 Hours. But yet there is No Call or Status of the order after 25 Days gone.
    I Called Several Times to related Executives & Customer Care Numbers are 09205430489, 09205430316, 09205430327, 09891209271 but There is No proper Reply yet. Every Time same Answers from their side that "I will manage it by Tomorrow'. Don't know when will be their Tomorrow comes...?
