Dear sir i have purchased 14th october
2016 '1tb Seagate backup plus hdd ' thru online Amazon , but expected date (18-21 October ) not arrived, i am checked tracking number....... tracking number is completely fals , after i am Amazon customer care called but my not refund my money , today again called Amazon not positive response. sir please complaint file against Amazon. because i am very frustrat some emi interest charges paying to bank. please help for return my money and action against Amazon .com. i am waiting my money 18 oct. To till date
