Sir I have bought one killer men wrist watch on 9th October 2016 from Jabong.com (order id. 161009151053431). But, suddenly after 3 months this watch stopped running. My watch is under the warranty period so, I wrote to the customer service of Jabong.com. After few days Jabong.com has created a warranty claim vide claim no. 36916018. After that I have written several times to the customer service But, Jabong.com did not take any responsibility to the claim. Sir please help me I want the right justice.
