Complain TATA docomo regarding circle and plan change

I have relocated to Indore from Pune and having a tata docomo postpaid SIM connection there.I will have to change my circle to M.P. and also change plan from postpaid to prepaid. I have inquired to their office and they need UPC code to process further and I am unable to generate that from my phone. I have e-mailed them but got no positive response . I will have to pay bills here for roaming too unnecessarily.

Kindly help in this regard.
