Complain for Pan Card issue, applyed 2 times still not getting PAN Card

मैं बहरीन में काम करता हूँ. मैंने Pan Card के लिए अप्लाई किया था. मैं दो बार अपने एड्रेस प्रूफ भेज चूका हूँ लेकिन वोह कहते हैं कि एड्रेस प्रूफ में नाम ग़लत है. बहरीन में सरनेम पहले लिखते हैं और प्रथम नाम बाद में. क्या इतनी सी बात उन्हें समझ में नहीं आती. मेरा पासपोर्ट और आधार कार्ड भी है लेकिन वोह एड्रेस प्रूफ का बहाना लगाकर मेरे पैसे कि बर्बादी करवा रहे है. अब्रॉड से पैन कार्ड बनवाने का चार्ज भी दस गुना ज्यादा है और यहाँ से डॉक्यूमेंट भेजने का खर्चा भी ३०० रूपये से ज्यादा लगता है. कृपया कुछ करें. मेरा एप्लीकेशन नो.     Still not received the proper reply of my email. I already explain that I can't change my Bahraini resident address in my passport or advise me that how can I change or make a correction in my Pan Card application form. Kindly don't send me auto generated email if you are not able reply me. It's my big mistake that I applied my Pan Card from abroad. Waste of money & time & received too many tension from your side.
