COmplain against Snapdeal not providing any resolution

I placed an order on snapdeal on 4th october, Order No:15625654537
It's a prepaid order, and they have even charged a delivery charge for it.
It's not yet delivered and no update is available from them, all they give are false claims and assurance.
Their voice support is impossible to reach and by reaching on FB they only give false assurance and never get back. It's harassing to reach them for my own product , already paid and not even get one call.
The worst part is i am from a metro city and even the courier is Snapdeal inhoouse and you cant reach them on phone
