Complain against Amazon.in for non delivery of product on advance payment

I have given amount Rs 499/- on placing order No 402-0356420-9866748, to Amazon.in of 32 GB chip from Amazon.in but i have not receive this product.but on calling to the company about delivery of my products saying that products status is delivered.The executive of co also given wrong mobile number of delivery boys.I complain to amazon number of times but did not responed me. please help me to recover my finacial loss.my name Jatin Thakral phone no is 8950222122.9034320122
