Moto G4 Plus 32gb worth Rs. 13999 online shopping from ebay on 14/11/2016 mobile deliver me on 18/11/2016 mobile is not in well condition and it is different form shown at the time of deal, I complied to ebay on 19/11/2016 complain no.2498395, next day reply from ebay your claim is not eligible as per ebay guarantee, your product is under manufacturing warranty so you visit service center. I was visit service center on 21/11/2016 there was tall me mobile set has big problem its take about twenty days. Than I aging contact to costumer representatives of ebay and tell them refund my money but they not agree.
When I not use mobile why use warranty and suffer for so long days.
